Sage Print Limited, the Middlesex based colour print group, has agreed a lease on a new office building at the Courtyard on the Sladen Estates ‘Village’ scheme at J28 of the M1. The print company is establishing a Midlands sales office as part of its ongoing expansion plan.
Sage, the latest company to sign up to the scheme is a full service print group with 40 staff at its Sunbury on Thames headquarters. The move to open a regional sales office will allow it to develop significant business gains in the Midlands, an area in which it has enjoyed considerable recent success.
Mike Sage, Managing Director of the company said “We have a number of clients in the Midlands and recent business opportunities and gains have led us to look at a permanent presence in the region. The new sales office will also help us to increase the level of service we can offer regionally. The Village is a great location for a sales office as it’s literally just off the M1 motorway at J28. We were especially impressed with the quality and attention to detail as these are things we pride ourselves on and our customers always look for. It’s important that our offices reflect our own values”.
The 1,436 sq. ft. two storey building has been developed by the East Midlands based commercial property developer, Sladen Estates and is located adjacent to the A38 just 500 yards from J.28 of the M1.
The Village scheme is a three phase development which when completed will total over 116,000 sq ft all of which is set within a private, secure and landscaped environment.
