Sladen Estates are pleased to announce that Bella Italia are to take the final unit on Pavilions West, Hampton, Peterborough. They will join existing occupiers Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito and Harvester in an increasingly popular restaurant location with a 3,500 sq. ft. restaurant.
Nick Sladen commented: “We are delighted to welcome Bella Italia to Pavilions West in what was the final available plot. We wish them every success for the future and we are confident that in this location they will trade extremely well just as the existing occupiers on site.”
Construction is due to start on site imminently with the main contract having been awarded to PDR Construction.
