Joint property developer’s Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities is pleased to announce the start of development at its Pavilions West site, in Hampton, Peterborough.
Work started at the beginning of May to form a new, high quality mixed use development, the first phase of which includes lettings to The Restaurant Group to provide two of its most popular and well known restaurant chains – Frankie and Bennys and Chiquitos. The restaurants are due to open at the end of 2010.
Ben Taylor, Development Manager for Pavilions West commented: “It is fantastic to see construction starting onsite, particularly given the difficulties with the market over the last two years. This development will not only bolster the amenity for local business, but serve the community as a whole, including visitors to the busy Serpentine Green Shopping centre opposite.

There is only two remaining high specification office units left at Pavilions West ranging from 2,041 to 7,873Sq Ft. The remaining space can be taken as single units or in smaller combinations. In addition, we are also marketing design and build options at Pavilions East which are available for sale or to let from 2,936 – 12,600 Sq Ft.”
