A 219,000 sq.ft Distribution warehouse in Stoke on Trent about to hit the market.
A refurbished and extended distribution warehouse in Stoke on Trent, called ‘Big Stan’, will soon be brought to the market thanks to commercial property developers Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities in order to satisfy the high levels of demand in the market for existing buildings.
The 219,686 sq ft warehouse, situated in Stanley Matthews Way, Trentham Lakes is currently being extended and refurbished to an extremely high standard. The building once finished benefits from 6,000 sq ft of fully refurbished office space, 10m eaves, 22 new dock level doors, two level loading doors and new 50m concrete yards.
