Teeslink secured a 342,000 sq. ft. prelet to Clipper Logistics for a cross docked distribution facility.
The warehouse is the UK import and deconsolidation hub for the Asda George clothing brand and employs over 400 people.
Teeslink forms part of the established Wynyard Park which as a 700 acre development, is one of the largest mixed use schemes in the North East.
Teeslink was a joint venture between Sladen Estates Limited and British Airways Pension Fund who have extensive experience of working in partnership to deliver large distribution and industrial developments.
