Station Park was a 7.5 acre site that provided a four unit phased scheme anchored by the pre-let of a 28,000 sq. ft. head office and call centre to Imagelinx.
Phase Two consisted of two further units of 21,300 sq. ft. and 23,300 sq. ft. and were both sold to S & S Plastics and Clothing Management Technology Ltd respectively.
The final phase consisted of the largest unit of 56,000 sq. ft., which was sold on completion to West Notts College in December 2006.
