Sprint Point was a single unit development on the final 2.52 acre plot of the established and highly successful Coventry Business Park situated to the west of the city. A speculative warehouse unit of 49,246 sq. ft. was constructed and a lease was agreed with fashion retailer Jane Norman.
The scheme was a joint venture with Peveril Securities Ltd.
