Radial Point was a high bay warehouse designed as a regional distribution centre and extending to 183,517 sq. ft. The scheme was developed on a ten acre site adjacent to the main A50 and A500 roads that connect Stoke on Trent with the M6. An early letting to Marks and Spencer was secured post-completion.
The scheme was a joint venture with British Airways Pension Trustees.
