Nunn Brook Road was developed for Rolyan Homecraft, a division of American company, Patterson Medical. The scheme was situated off the A38 near the M1 at Junction 28 and was designed as a combined 81,000 sq. ft. headquarters and distribution facility. The fit-out programme was especially complex incorporating a sophisticated bespoke conveyor system.
