Fulwood 28 was a speculative development consisting of two units of 41,950 sq. ft. and 81,800 sq. ft. which was completed in October 2003. Unit One was let to Welcome Food Ingredients on a new 20 year lease and Unit Two to Beardsley’s on a ten year lease.
The scheme was a joint venture with Peveril Securities Ltd.
