Development Overview

Teeslink secured a 342,000 sq. ft. prelet to Clipper Logistics for a cross docked facility. The warehouse will be the UK import and deconsolidation hub for the Asda George clothing brand and will see over 400 jobs created. Teeslink forms part of the established Wynyard Park which as a 700 acre development, is one of the largest mixed use schemes in the North East. Phase two of the scheme builds on the successful occupation of phase one by EDS and extends to some 22 acres of a landscaped environment that benefits from outstanding local amenities and transport links to the A1(M) and Teesport.

Teeslink was a joint venture between Sladen Estates Limited and the Trustees of a well known British Pension Fund who have extensive experience of working in partnership to deliver large distribution and industrial developments.


Teeslink, on Wynyard Park is situated in the heart of the Tees Valley in a strategic location adjacent to the A19 and is within easy access of the A1(M),and A689. Teesport, (the UK’s second largest port) is just 10 miles away on the North East coast of England. The deep-water ports of Tees and Hartlepool combined handle more than 50 million tonnes of cargo per annum with excellent access to the established Western European and Scandinavian markets and the emerging markets of Eastern Europe utilising lock-free access for 6,000 vessels per year.
