Development Overview

The Village is a three phase office development totalling over 116,000 sq. ft. of prestigious office buildings.

The Village enjoys an excellent location facing the A38 and just 500 yards from Junction 28 of the M1. Occupiers on Phase One include Tarmac, Doosan Babcock and Sladen Estates.

Phase Two offered a total of 13 offices, ten in a courtyard and three detached buildings. The largest building, No. 17, was pre-let to Rowan Structures with Units 11 and 15 being sold to Schools Advisory Service and The Pub People respectively.
