The Poplars, Lenton Lane, Nottingham
The Poplars scheme was the refurbishment of an existing warehouse and office complex that was reconfigured to offer more flexible and modern accommodation. In addition, a new office scheme, Poplars Court, has been developed in the car park following the demolition of the old front wing. The 141,000 sq. ft. project is located in the Lenton business district just outside Nottingham City Centre. Following on from the refurbishment programme, a lease was agreed with Nottingham based pharmaceutical company Boots Plc; the investment was subsequently sold with the building now being occupied by Paul Smith.
The scheme was a joint venture with PMB Holdings Ltd.
