Development Overview

Nimbus Park is a design and build scheme that can offer a single Warehouse or Industrial unit up to 227,603 sq.ft. or, alternatively  a three unit scheme with available units starting at 60,000 sq.ft up to 100,000 sq.ft.

The scheme has been designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and incorporates a range of energy efficient features to help reduce running costs and environmental impact. The development is a joint venture between Derbyshire based Peveril Securities Limited and Sladen Estates Limited who have extensive experience in the development of large distribution and industrial development.


Nimbus Park Business Park is located adjacent to the M18 and is within easy access of the junctions with the M62, M1 and A1 (M).the new building is opposite phase one of Nimbus Park which is a 750,000 sq ft warehouse occupied by MFI/Excel Supply Chain. The East Coast Ports are all within 43 miles and Doncaster Town Centre is 8 miles with the Robin Hood Airport 9 miles to the south. The East Coast Mainline Railway route is adjacent to the site and 44 million people (78% of the UK population) are within a 4 hour drive time. Doncaster has become the centre of Yorkshires distribution sector with significant occupiers including IKEA, B&Q, Next and ILVA.
