Big Stan is a stand alone warehouse / industrial unit located on Stanley Matthews Way, Stoke on Trent. The building was speculatively purchased in January 2015 in a joint venture between Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities.
Originally Big Stan was a unit of 178,000 sq. ft. but planning permission was submitted in early 2015 to increase the unit to a total of 220,067 sq. ft. inclusive of 20 dock level loading doors and 2 ground level loading doors.
The refurbishment of the property has included a full refit of the offices, recladding to the existing building and roof along, a new yard, increased car parking provision and improved access points to the yard and car parking areas.
The unit was successfully let on a long term lease in July 2016 to a large international company.
Located on the well established Trentham Lakes Business Park, Big Stan offers excellent access to the M6 (J15) via the A50 along with other major routes including the M1 being easily accessible via the A50.
